Plus allows ownership of up to three Circles, while Essential allows one.
Nothing happens to the Circles themselves. They are not deleted, you remain the Owner, and you can carry on managing them.
What changes is what you can do next: while you own more Circles than your plan includes, you won’t be able to create another one.
