Why can’t I send a message?
You may be unable to send a message if:
One of you has blocked the other. Blocking stops messages in both directions.
The other member no longer has an active account.
Your session has expired — sign out and sign back in.
There is a temporary technical problem.
If a member has blocked you, the message option no longer appears next to their name.
If the issue continues, contact Support.
