What happens if an event is full?

Once an event reaches its maximum attendee capacity, members can no longer register directly — but they can join the waitlist.

When a place frees up, because an attendee cancelled or the host increased the capacity, the person who has been waiting longest is moved to going automatically and notified. The queue is strictly first come, first served.

You can only join the waitlist once the event is genuinely full. If there is still room, register for the event directly instead.
